2010, Michael Vick went from backup to starter to superman in a matter of a few games for the Philadelphia Eagles. Though he only played 11 complete games, Vick passed for 3018 yards, with 21 touchdowns and only 6 interceptions for a 100.2 QB Rating. He also added 676 yards rushing and an additional 9 touchdowns on the ground.
Vick practically willed the Eagles to an improbable come-back victory against the New York Giants in Week 15. He was awarded the Comeback Player of the Year by the NFL.
